2 Hepatocellular Adenoma Hepatic Adenoma (HA) is a benign tumor which is often seen in young women with use of oral contraceptive. It arises from hepatocytes arranged in sheets of proliferated cells, with few Kupffer cells and absence of bile ducts [76]. Hepatocellular adenoma cells could present lipid and glycogen storage.
