In the first sense of "good", call it "noble good", the opposing term is "bad". In the second sense of "good", call it "moral good", the opposing term is "evil". Nietzsche thinks that the evaluative distinction between good and bad originated within the noble classes of a society. Those who were blessed by birth or by attainment to be members of the highest castes of society - that is, those with the greatest privileges and the noblest spirits - called themselves good and those lower in social rank bad (GM I 2).
